I am working as an HR in a IT startup and I am being asked to come up with a system to evaluate the performances of the employees. The company is mainly into Website Development. We have employees working as a Marketing executives, whose main job profile is to get new clients. So, I need to come up with a system to evaluate the performances of the Marketing Executives as well as the Website Developers. Can anyone give me some insights or some kind of format. Thanks
