Abstracts To Be Displayed On Notice Board

Hi,
I have joined a Private Limited - IT startup firm. We are in process completing HR compliance formalities. I wanted to know what are the different abstracts to be displayed on the notice boards.? Where will i get it from? whom should i be approaching for the same?
It would be great if you guys could help me out with information..!!

I think it is better that you go through the following Acts and the relevant Central/State Rules:
State Shops & Estt Act, The Minimum Wages Act,1948, The Payment of Wages Act,1936, The Maternity Benefit Act,1961 and The Equal Remuneration Act,1976

@ UMAKANTHAN53.. I did find few abstracts of these laws from net. I had one query though.. Should these abstracts be signed by any authority from any particular government authority or only company seal is enough?
