New to HR Compliance? How to Find and Display Required Notices in Your Startup

Hi,

I have joined a Private Limited IT startup firm. We are in the process of completing HR compliance formalities. I wanted to know what are the different abstracts to be displayed on the notice boards. Where will I get them from? Whom should I be approaching for the same? It would be great if you could help me out with the information!

I think it is better that you go through the following Acts and the relevant Central/State Rules:

State Shops & Estt Act, The Minimum Wages Act, 1948, The Payment of Wages Act, 1936, The Maternity Benefit Act, 1961, and The Equal Remuneration Act, 1976.

In addition to the above, please also have your company's Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy along with the details of your ICC in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, Redressal) Act 2013.

@UMAKANTHAN53, I did find a few abstracts of these laws on the internet. I have one query, though. Should these abstracts be signed by any authority from a particular government department, or is the company seal sufficient?
