Good afternoon,

I am working with a dealership and I want to design a communication policy for my company. Does anyone know what this entails? Please provide me with some guidelines for designing a communication policy for a dealership.

Creating an Organizational Communication Grid

You need to create a communication grid across the organization. Ensure that information flows in an organized and standardized manner. For this, conduct a training program on "Organizational Communication." Please note that organizational communication is different from "Personal Communication." Most professionals are trained for the latter but may not be for the former. After the training, generate ideas for standardization and then execute them.
