Notification Covering Bank As Class Of Establishment For Coverage Under The EPF & MP Act-1952

Dear All,
The Government of India, has vide its Notification dated 10.02.2016 has amended the EPF & MP Act-1952 whereby it has now included Banks which are not having any scheme of social security benefits of any nature.
The Notification has also come quietly with nothing being available on the official website of the EPFO/public domain. Even the EPFO Officials do not have any clue on the publication of any such Notification.
