Hi, KPA and JD vary from company to company, industry to industry, and profile to profile. Please sit with your senior to make notes of requirements and then design the JD and KRA. After getting guidelines from your senior, you can take help from CiteHR posts and Google, which will help you better.
The subject comes up for discussion time and again. Are you from HR? If yes, then you are responsible for preparing the Job Description (JD) only. The preparation of KRAs for the positions of RSM and ZSM is the responsibility of a senior person to whom these individuals report.
