Beyond Branding: How Can Companies Attract Top Talent in Creative Ways?

Hello, everyone. I wanted to ask for suggestions on what a company can do to attract talent other than product and service branding.

Dear Prateema, the heading of your post is a little misplaced. It should read as "Means of Attracting Talent" or "Suggestions on Attracting Talented Job Candidates" and not what you have written. Brand attractiveness or brand pull among job aspirants depends on your company's turnover, brand image of the product or service, the leadership at the top, your company's culture, and so on.

If you are from HR, then you do not have much control over the type of candidates that you attract. You can select only from those who respond to your job ads. Five to six years ago, I had written an article titled "Role of HR in Brand Management." Click on the hyperlink to read the article.
