Dear HR Professionals,
I joined a logistics firm as a Management Trainee in HR & Admin in March 2015. During my time there, I learned about administrative activities and some HR & IR activities. I am eager to introduce new innovative ideas in HR, but I am unsure about what to implement. Could anyone suggest some innovative ideas for me to implement in HR? The firm has 120 on-role employees and 2500 off-role employees (contractors).
