If you have the budget, hire sales consultants from the industry. In case you can't offer the cash, contract on the basis of profit-sharing. Their returns would be directly connected to the revenue they generate from the client.

Stay focused on building your presence. Offer sessions at HR events. It's often the best way to get noticed. Use social media to build a brand virtually. This will not earn you revenue but will establish your services in the industry. Offer demo sessions at the companies you are already connected with.
