Whether Shop Act License/ Registration is Necessary For Limited Liability Partnership.
The LLP is Started its business under premises of residence(Registered Office). Right now, no work is carried out under the Registered office address. All work is carried either in client place or at the individually by the partners. No partner come to the registered office for work. Also, Registered office is not a commercial property(From Pune, Maharashtra).
So,form the above brief description,whether it is necessary for obtaining the Shop Act License/ Registration for LLP.

Whether the registered is working or not, you need to to obtain The Shops & Establishment Licence,showing minimum employee like 10 Nos. of which Male and Female are 5 Nos. each, will serve the purpose and your company is legally safe.
