Confused About ESIC Sub Code Application for Ghaziabad Site? Need Help with SRO and Inspection Division Choices

Our site is located in Village Doondahera, Ghaziabad. For this site, we require an ESIC Sub code. However, when I applied online, I encountered some issues. Firstly, I am unsure about my SRO as Ghaziabad is not listed, only Noida is available, and Noida has four SROs. Could you please advise which SRO is applicable to our site? Secondly, regarding the Inspection Division, there are many designations, and I am unsure which one is for the Ghaziabad site. Sir, please guide me on how to apply online for the ESIC sub code.

1. Firstly, ascertain from the concerned authorities or the nearest office of ESIC whether the revenue village where your office/site is located is an implemented area or not.

2. If it is implemented, then in my opinion, there is a requirement for compliance under the ESI Act, 1948. You can discuss the issue over the phone with the appropriate officer of SRO ESIC, Noida. The telephone numbers should be available on the website of the said office.
