How Do You Structure Leave Policies in IT Companies? Seeking Advice on Types and Carry Forward Rules

Hi all,

Our company is an IT (US-based) company with 50 employees. We would like to redefine our leave policy. Could anybody suggest the leave policies followed in corporate, briefing about various types of leaves? How many leaves can be given to employees during the probation period, and at year-end, will the leave carry forward, or do we have to pay employees for the leave they have not used?

Can you please give suggestions on this?

Please refer to the Shops and Establishment Act of your state to know the number of leaves to be provided. After that, you can search for the Leave Policy on the "Search" tab at the top of this page. You will find numerous policies that you can amend as per your needs.
