I have been asked by my manager to work on KRA and KPI, wherein I need to come up with the basic components that are important in setting up the KRA (besides the SMART goal setting) and how to derive KPIs from KRAs. We need to introduce these two things into our system, so I request all to share detailed ideas about it.
