Creating an Effective Presentation
Without jumping into the swimming pool, you cannot learn how to swim. First of all, make a rough PowerPoint presentation. Then, start fine-tuning it and arrange it properly. Wherever you face any difficulty, do not hesitate to ask for assistance in this forum.
Presentation Structure
In the first slide, provide your details and introduce yourself. On the second slide, outline your role and responsibilities. Then, start explaining each aspect one by one on subsequent slides. Describe the challenges you have faced and how you overcame such critical situations in the next slide. Furthermore, you can explain your learnings. Finally, give thanks to those who listened/viewed.
This is the typical format. If you wish, you can add more points or reduce them as per your management's preferences.
