Got two PAN card with different no that what will S/he do?

If any body got two PAN card with different no that what will S/he do? please guide regarding this matter

Write to the issuing agency quoting both PAN numbers(send xerox Copies)
They will promptly cancel one.

You can visit this site and cross check the PAN numbers.

Surrender the second PAN card after confirming from the issuing agency as written above.

One Individual can have only one PAN number. So you will have to surrender at least one. Because there is a penalty of Rs. 10,000/- if your are caught with two PAN numbers. You can go to incometax.sparshindia.com and fill the online form for "change in PAN data".
