I am working in the HR Department of F&B. My company has no proper record of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the HR Department, and thus, I am being assigned to prepare the SOP for the HR Department. I am seeking some idea on how to start and the proper way to prepare the SOP. Thank you.
