Misconceptions in Employee Training: Are We Measuring Effectiveness and ROI Correctly?

Dear friends, in the last 8-9 years of my career in training, I have come across a large number of HR/Training professionals or even business owners. I found that there are a whole lot of misconceptions about employee training and development. Many HR or Training Managers conduct training without realizing why it is conducted and how to measure the effectiveness or ROI of the training.
