Fake Product Delivered by online store - what should I do?

Recently I ordered something from Kraftdeal.in but I didn't get the right product, instead of this they delivered me fake items.
When I tried to reach their customer care service that no also not working even no reply of mail also.
What should I do now ???
Need some help and suggestions.
