Dear Sir/Madam, Can we take any action on employee for misbehaving in company, is there any system or procedure adopted in MNC company's in HR department. can you please share with me the details.

Unless the incident reported in detail, you cannot judge just becos of small incidents happen in the organisation, sometime some employees are frustrated with work pressure, higherup torture etc., nowdays it is common unless it hurts an organisation in financial as well as reputation.

Is it MISS BEHAVING or misbehaving... Both have different meaning..if the Miss is behaving wrongly, then it is a different condition than a Mister misbehaving ! lolz
