Is My 4.5 Lakh CTC Salary Breakdown Fair? Seeking Urgent Advice!

Hi, I have been selected by one of the ISP companies for a sales profile. I have received an offer of Rs. 4.5 lakh CTC per annum. The salary breakup is as follows:

- Basic: 8300
- HRA: 4150
- Organizational Allowance: 15613
- Leave Travel Allowance: 692
- Medical Reimbursement: 1250
- PF (Employer's Contribution) (PM): 996
- Gratuity: 399
- Gross Salary Including Retirals (PM): 33000
- Gross Salary (PA): 396000
- Performance Pay (PA): 54000

For the same, I would like to seek your valuable suggestions or advice on whether this salary breakup is correct or not. Please help me as it is urgent.

If possible, please help me with your valuable suggestions or advice on whether this salary breakup is correct. Is there any other way to increase the in-hand salary? Please help me; it's urgent.
