Need Help Creating a Comprehensive Administrative Manual for a New Oil and Gas Company

I am a Managing Director in an Oil and Gas servicing company. Although the company is newly registered, I require a detailed and comprehensive administrative manual. I am seeking assistance from anyone with the necessary knowledge.

Dear Mr. Johnson, While the need for an Administrative Manual cannot be underestimated, there are a few other things that are also equally important. One is the comprehensive generation of MIS. I recommend this because most start-ups forget that their future decisions will depend on the kind of information they generate now. Since these companies do not research their own operations, their decisions are based on a narrow information base.

The second thing you need to do is to check if you measure what deserves to be measured. This is another grey area among Indian businesspersons. Therefore, my request to you is to include these two things in addition to the Admin Manual. While the admin manual will facilitate current operations, it does not suffice for your future operations.
