PREPARATION OF QUESTION PAPERS

Hi All,
I am working as a HR-EXECUTIVE in ADIDAS franchisee. My management said to prepare question paper which includes Accountability
Ownership
Initiatives
Loyalty.
I am not able to get from any other sources. Can anyone guide me to prepare and send sample questions to prasadkumar91@gmail.com (if possible)

Sufficient number of videos are available on YouTube on the subjects that you have asked. Therefore, check the videos.
Designing the question paper apart, have you trained your staff on these topics? The line that divides each topic is blurred and your staff may confuse one with another. If you ask these questions to MBAs, even they also could falter in explanation. Therefore, my question is what efforts have you put to develop conceptual clarity amongst your staff?
Lastly, developing question paper is not easy task. Have you taken structured training on how to design question paper?

Dear Kumar,
The literature pertaining to these four subject is quite vast and nobody would like to do home work on your behalf. So, you will have to do your own job. However, here is a very important clue by our club that may help you a lot. Use all these four words as independent key words to search the literature at GOOGLE or YAHOO search engine and you will see thousands of pages appearing on each such topic. You select the appropriate link page to open out of them and read for preparing your questions to be set as question paper.

Go to Slideshare and you will find PPTs on Accountability, Ownership / Responsibility etc. You can generate questions from the PPT itself...
