How Do I Apply the Balanced Scorecard to Different Roles in My Company?

I have been assigned a task to conduct an appraisal based on the Balanced Scorecard. I have read through all the posts here on the Balanced Scorecard, but I have a query. I have different roles such as HR, Finance, Sales, Content Development team, and Business Development team. Now, how do I incorporate the four perspectives - Financial, Customer, Process, People, and Organisational Development - into these different roles?

I have various roles within my organization such as HR, Finance, Sales, Content Development team, and Business Development team.
