Please Help- Regd. Balance Score Card

Dear Seniors,
I have been assigned a task to do the appraisal based on Balance Score Card. I have gone through all the post here on Balance score card but i have a query.I have different Roles like HR, Finance, Sales,Content Development team, Business Development team,now how i put the 4 perspective- Financial,Customer,Process,People and Organisational Development in these different Roles.
Your guidance will help me a lot.
