How Do You Tackle Job Analysis for ISO Compliance Every Two Years?

As part of ISO procedures, every two years, we have to determine the job content of each position and conduct a job analysis. Can anyone guide me on how to proceed with this?

The easiest way is to prepare core competencies, i.e., sit with each department head and collect the data. For example, in the Pharma Industry, for a Production Manager, the eligibility criteria include technical skills, experience, job profile, etc.

This is because I have faced audits such as ISO 9001, Safety Audit (GSA), USFDA, and other domestic and international audits, and they have not found any faults.
