You should have never accepted after receiving the documents. It is better to search for another assignment and put your papers down at the earliest.

Hi Priya,
Looking at your case it is totally talent exploitation. You have two options to go. before signing in the acceptance letter you might have asked him regarding your designation, better take this to your senior HR and solve this. If still it is there you better to quit the job. First of all we must love our job and we cant give best to yourself and company as well. Search for the place where your talent is respected.

Dear Priya,
Why you worry quitting job will affect career. Suppose you got some good opportunity then it can be show as left for better prospects in resume.
You can either directly approach your senior and discuss on profile OR if not possible then don't wait situation will get correct automatically.
Just Think ,If you were quit and joined another organisation ; after one year you will have 1 year HR related experience and job satisfaction.
but, if you stick with this job then after a year in this job only... with dissatisfaction, no appreciation and what more ..... you can think ?????????????
Choice is yours ...................

I will suggest you left the job. And search new one related to your intered in HR. your boss is not that much understanding that what is roll of hr and PS . Boss play major roll in our career . so search the new job.

Respected poster.
While agreeing with what you have written, please try and see the spelling errors and improper sentences which have been written
It is ROLE and not Roll
It is interest and not INTERED
Sentence needs to begin with capital letter.
Kindly remember that impact of a good suggestion is lost when it is framed improperly.

Dear Mr Nathrao,
In fact the very heading of the post itself is wrong. It is not "Loosing" but "Losing". But then if corrected, the members get upset hence I did not point it out. Anyway, let me correct it now.
Anyway, I feel that we should close this thread. The originator of the post has not shown interest to respond to the valuable suggestions of the other members. If the poster is not inclined to acknowledge their suggestions then what is the point in keeping the thread open?
Thanks,
