Have your regular customers identified any alternative materials?

To what extent has your business been impacted by online shopping? Of course, in just 20 days, your business may not have been significantly impacted by online shopping. However, online shopping has been disrupting the traditional market. What is the scope of entering into online shopping and tying up with e-commerce companies like Flipkart or Amazon?
