I have done MBA in HR- should I continue with HR or can I shift to Business Developer Profession

I have completed my MBA in HR but I am looking to choose business developer profession.
I would appreciate guidance on whether this decision is correct or should I continue with HR profession?
Please help me

If you are confident of handling job in Business Development (BD), then nothing wrong per se. I have seen persons working as Purchase Manager or Ops Manager even with their qualification as MBA (HR).
Nevertheless, you need to upgrade your knowledge about sales. For this you need to take 1-2 day capsule courses on selling skills. Read books on sales also.
