Topics for top management - e-learning programs for internal employees?

hello i m dipika , in my office i have created e-learning programs for our internal employees... i need help regarding some topics which i need to add in my program....topics should be for top management...so please suggest me some topics for top management people that i should involve... bcoz they r the people with 15-20 yrs of exp and i need some topic that will be interesting .....

You wanted to create e-learning module for the senior managers of your company but then you have not mentioned the nature of the industry, what modules you have created for the lower level management personnel etc.

In your case , have discussions with top mgt. Head of the department to understand business strategy plans and challenges and how it can be translated in terms of employees competency.
