Difference Bet KPI & KRA

Dear Sirs/Madam,
I am working in an engineering company as an HR. I am about to formulate new appraisal policy for my company. Before i could proceed further can you please let me know the difference between KPI & KRA.
hope i can do well if i could get some guidance from the superiors .
