I work for a restaurant. They are forcing me to leave my job and also planning to fire me without any intimation or notice. I have been working for this restaurant for the last four years. Can you please advise me on what to do?
However, start looking around for other jobs. If they resort to illegal termination, you can complain to the local labor commissioner about the matter.

What is the reason being given to you for firing you? Is it performance-related?
