Dear Friend,

HRO - Human Resource Outsourcing: Some companies entrust the administrative work to external compliance organizations. Payrolls are outsourced, and some companies even outsource human resource department tasks for improvement as they find that the outsourced organization provides greater value.

RPO - Recruitment Process Outsourcing: The recruitment process is outsourced to an external organization or provider.

The main difference lies in providing manpower.

Hi, sir,

In my opinion, HRO and RPO refer to HR outsourcing. HRO involves obtaining services from consultants for tasks such as Payroll, PF, ESIC, and all statutory compliance-related work. On the other hand, RPO specifically focuses on acquiring manpower through recruitment agencies or contractors, which is known as RPO.
