Rejoining After Resignation: What Happens to Your Re-appointment and Job Tenure?

Kamalmithu
If an employee rejoins after resigning within one year, is he eligible for a re-appointment letter? If the re-appointment letter is approved, what will be his new joining date? If the joining date is recent, does this imply he is now a permanent employee? Lastly, when he resigns again, what will be his job tenure?

Thank you for your cooperation.

If a company finds an ex-employee suitable, there is no bar on rehiring them. The reappointment will involve issuing a fresh appointment letter with no reference to the previous employment. The date of joining will be as per the company's policy and individual requirements.
