How Can I Correct My Experience Letter and Get Separate Documents from My Former Employer?

Hi, I was working in a private limited company in Gujarat, India. After serving my notice period, they gave me only one letter containing my experience and work period. I asked them to provide two separate letters, but they refused. Another critical issue for me is that in the letter, they wrote, "performance of the person is found average." However, the actual situation contradicts this statement as my performance was considered above average since they provided me with a good increment, a good bonus, and I scored well in the half-yearly performance review. Additionally, I have received appreciation emails from clients. All of these factors are sufficient evidence to prove that my performance was not average. I have proof of all the mentioned achievements. How can I have the word "average" changed and obtain three different letters?

File a civil suit for a mandatory injunction against the employer to obtain an experience letter and a relieving letter that do not affect your image. Seek interim mandatory relief to obtain these letters as well.
