Employee Refuse To Give Sepreate Experience/releaving Letter

Hi,
I was working in pvt ltd. company in gujrat, india.
after serving my notice period they gave only one letter contains experience and work period,
i asked them to give two separate letter but they refused to give.
another critical thing for me is they write in letter that "performance of person is found average"
but the actual situation is if my performance was average than
they gave me good increment
good bonus
i scored good in half-yearly performance review.
i have appreciation mail from client.
this all things are good enough to prove my performance no to be an average, i have proof of all mentioned things.
how can i change that average word and get 3 different letter.

File a civil suit of mandatory injunction against the employer to obtain experience letter and relieving letter which do not affect your image. Seek interim mandatory relief to obtain these letters also.
