I want help with measuring my team members' performance related to the e-publishing industry (Data Conversion, Graphics, and Pagination). If anybody has the format, please let me know and share.

Dear Jayapathy, To measure performance accurately, you need to study the systems and processes of each department and then design the KPIs and KRAs for each department. I agree with Mr. Dinesh Divekar that measuring an employee's performance may vary from company to company. There are various tools, systems, and processes available to measure employee performance. I would suggest that you familiarize yourself with the basics of performance appraisals, Key Performance Indicators, etc., to gain a better understanding of the subject before proceeding.
