Gratuity and remaining benefits for voucher (3rd party) employees?

We have four members voucher (3rd party) employees in our company remaining 35 are on roll can any one clear my Doubt can they four member also get gratuity and remaining benefits along with on roll employee

yes. though you kept them on voucher they are eligible for gratuity under the act.
