My Releaving Letter And New Joining Company

Dear all,
I was previously working in a company, but got absconded, so i did not get my relieving letter and when i joined my current company, they too did not ask for the relieving letter..
now i want too change my job to another company, but now i have a relieving letter from my current company.
so can i include my past companies experience in to my profile...
kindly suggest me..

Harikrishna.Kopparthi : Yes , you can. However if the new employer does a deep reference check, the 'absconding' status would be a matter of grave concern. Best to confess it right up and let the new employer decide.

Similar situation with me.but i left new company also.now i require exp.letter for last 2 company.can i ask for hr exp.letter
