Formula is same for everyone. However, value of a and b differs from one company to another. You have to find out this value for your company on your own. Copying someone's else value does not help as it could create a wrong equation.

There is a simple formula. Convince employees that management from top to bottom respects, values, and cares about them. How to do that is likewise simple.
