Dear Mr. Raj,
I'm working with a manufacturing company and joined 4 months ago. The company has 60 employees, but their salary structure is very poor. For instance, the calculation of Basic, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Medical Allowance, and Education Allowance is not done correctly in accordance with the IT rules.
I need information about the salary structure percentage-wise based on the Gross Salary. I also want to confirm if, as per IT rules, we can allocate Conveyance Allowance = 800/-, Medical Allowance = 1250, and Education Allowance = 1000 to all employees (even those with a Gross salary exceeding Rs. 50,000/-), or if we can allocate more than the mentioned figures.
