We are working as a Placement Services in Delhi / NCR , We are Providing Recruitment services,
Same as we have provided Recruitment one of our Client, As per Agreement they have to pay us Recruitment services fees after 30 days of joining candidates, Till date we have not Received any Amount from them, We are daily follow up with them and they are not Replying any mail or Call.
*Also we have all mails and Agreements as a proof/evidence.
Even we have share mail to the company Director but still didn’t get any reply.
Need all your Suggestion how to handel this kind of companies, and which kind of action we should to take against them.
