How Do You Handle Non-Responsive Clients Who Delay Recruitment Fees? Seeking Advice!

sethim29
We are working as a Placement Service in Delhi/NCR. We provide recruitment services. We have provided recruitment services to one of our clients. As per the agreement, they are required to pay us recruitment service fees 30 days after the candidates join. To date, we have not received any amount from them. We follow up with them daily, but they are not replying to any emails or calls.

* We have all the emails and agreements as proof/evidence. We even shared an email with the company director but still haven't received any reply.

Need Suggestions on Handling Non-Responsive Clients

I need your suggestions on how to handle such companies and what kind of action we should take against them. I hope you all will share this with other consultants in your city who work in the same domain. This would help each of us avoid such companies.

Regards.

Sue the company for breach of contract. Send them a legal notice setting out the facts of the case.

You have solid grounds for the recovery of the amount from the company.
