Facing Blame for Interview Dropouts: How Can I Protect My Job in an Autocratic Company?

Issue with Interview Dropouts and Manager Accusations

I am an HR Technical recruiter with an MNC (Non-Certified & Unorganized SOP) following an autocratic business model. I have been accused by a manager (working with the same organization for the past 8 years, having less corporate exposure, and also creating nuisance by indulging in corporate politics) of not performing up to the mark due to interview dropouts (ratio of 5:2). Can anyone please suggest the measures to be taken against the same? I am afraid of escalations due to the autocratic business model being followed, which might result in termination.

Regards,
Pratik K.

Hi,

Thank you for the advice. The purpose of posting is to find resolutions without getting separated from the organization. It's a good atmosphere with exposure to working on very niche skills. I worked for 5 months on contract and then switched to this company on a permanent role, where I have been working for the last 6 months.

However, looking for a new opportunity may show instability in my work profile.

Hi Runal,

Thank you for the suggestion. Being optimistic will certainly help me in getting out of such a situation. I am keen to know if any legal bindings could be followed to eliminate the flaws.

Firstly, I want to know whether interview dropouts should be blamed on recruiter inefficiency.
