Can anyone please help me out in knowing the scope and direction to get into the Corporate Training & Development department? I am new to this forum. I have an MBA in HR and around 3+ years of experience in core HR, Generalist areas, recruitment, and admin. Now, I would like to transition to becoming a corporate trainer. I would really appreciate it if anyone could guide me on this.
