What Training Programs Work Best for E-commerce Teams and How to Implement Them?

Can you please suggest some training programs that should be conducted in an e-commerce organization and how they should be conducted?

Is this a hypothetical question or do you work in an e-commerce company? If the latter, then you could have told us what kind of e-commerce your company handles. What software do you use to service your customers? How is demand to delivery handled?

For an average e-commerce company, you may train your staff on warehouse management, inventory management, demand forecasting, etc. However, all of these are high-end training programs. For low-end training programs, local institutes are available in each major city.

Thank you for replying to the post. I work in a company that deals with gemstones, like bluestone.com. It's a small firm now and it uses the Magento platform. I want to know what kind of training should be given to the technology people, merchandisers, and marketing people?
