I have collected lot of information from this forum and now it's my turn to share information from my end.

This is a good piec of work. But I have some doubt. Like security, books etc are included which i dont think should form part of Hr.

Dear Meghal,
Security and Books and journals are the responsibilities of Generalist - HR. It comes in Administration.
Secondly, the billing and contract part comes in HR.
Hope it is clear.

Thanks for the information which you have provided, i just have a clarification does the administration related details like the security and stationery things also would come in the HR budget.

If the Administration is a part of HR in an organization then definitely it will come in HR only. If it is separated then admin budget can be different.
In manufacturing companies, mostly the admin will be a part of HR.
