Need Help with Company Transport Project: Can You Share Sample Projects?

My company wants me to do a project on company transport that is provided to all staff for daily shift pick-up and drop-off. Could someone please share a few sample projects that would be helpful for me? Please help me in this regard.

First, please note that I am not a Management student. However, I have good experience in Accounting and Administration, especially in an Educational Institute.

Project on Transport for Staff

To work on the project of Transport for Staff, you will have to focus on the following points:

1. Generation of Data - i.e., Addresses.
2. Fix the Route of the Vehicle depending on the Passengers.
3. You will have to decide on the Number of Vehicles - Depending on the Route and Passenger Numbers.
4. Calculate the Expenses.
5. Calculate the Income (if you are charging the Staff).
6. Depending on your company policy - Decide the Fleet policy i.e., own or hired.

This could be the rough skeleton of your project. I am sure that from our community, you will get plenty of suggestions.
