Madras High Court Ruling on CCTV Cameras

Madras High Court, in its order dated 1.12.2014 (copy attached), has directed Raptakos Brett and Co. Ltd., Chennai, to remove CCTV cameras from the restroom of employees since it violates their right to privacy.
