It depends on your sources. Most probably, recruiters work on job portals, which are divided into two types: one is paid, and the second one is free portals. Please search on Google to get the details of free portals for job posting.

Use indeed.com, Karizma, and NaukriRecruit. These are good platforms for sourcing candidates for free. Additionally, you can also request references from the candidates.

Guidance for Finding Candidates

Is there nobody in your organization who could guide you? I hope the agency was not started yesterday. Even then, before starting a business, you, the owner, or whoever is the shareholder or investor should have done some groundwork. Your question is like asking how to swim after getting into the river.

There are job portals available where you can make a payment to get access. People sell databases of candidates. There are so many options available, but first, do the groundwork before asking such questions here! CiteHR or the people here cannot provide candidates!

Best wishes.

Utilizing LinkedIn for Recruitment

LinkedIn is the best source of professionals, offering complete biographical data on their profiles. It is a valuable platform for connecting with professionals and accessing detailed information about their backgrounds and experiences. LinkedIn provides a comprehensive overview of individuals' professional histories, skills, and accomplishments, making it an essential tool for networking and recruitment purposes.

By utilizing LinkedIn, you can expand your professional network, learn about industry trends, and showcase your own skills and expertise to a wider audience.

Importance of a Clear Job Description

Before sourcing candidates, make sure you have a clear, well-defined job description. This will streamline your advertising, screening, and interview process. With a clear job description, you have the necessary information to attract the best possible candidates.
