Curious About BPO Training Standards? How Much Effort Is Typical Each Year?

Hi, can anyone let me know what the standard average training effort per annum is for a BPO? Are there any references mentioned in any of the standards?

In the BPO industry or otherwise, employee training is conducted to either attain a certain standard or to maintain a certain level of standard. Therefore, training efforts or the training budget would vary depending on the nature of the industry, the size of the company, the complexity of the systems and processes, the standards that the company wishes to achieve, the direct and indirect costs that the company wishes to optimize through training, the knowledge assets that the company has developed over a period of time, and above all, what kind of learning culture the company has.

Employee Training: A Medium, Not an End

Employee training is a medium and not an end. Employee training is like a ladder. It needs to have sufficient steps to scale the desirable height. Sometimes the ladder is too short, and sometimes it's too big. Choosing the right step ladder is a matter of leadership.
