After filling or submitting resignation letter to your supervisor, we follow the 30 days turnover. What does it mean by 30 days? Calendar days or the Working calendar days?

Notice period will be calculated on calender days only.
Most of the Personnel and statutory department will count days in calender days.

Hi Jenna,
The Turnover or Notice Period as we call it is a period of 30 Working days and not calendar days. It may start from 1st day of a month and end on the 30th day or any other date and end after the completion of 30 days.

notice pay normally calculated on calendar days. If your appointment letter specify the 30 physical working days, then it should be working days.

Mr. Jenna, Do you get salary for the calendar days or just for the days worked !!! For salary you want calendar days and for notice period you expect working days !
