Hi,

I hope your MP stands for Managing Point and CP for Checking Point. For HR, examples of Managing Points are Recruitment Lead time, Attrition Rate, Training Hours, etc. For each of the Managing Points, you will have Checking Points. If you need more details, write to me at tqbs@rediffmail.com.

Thank you.

Dear friend,

I understand that your company practices TQM, and you have been instructed to develop an MPCP for your position. MPCP stands for Managing Point & Checking Points. I will attach the MPCP for the HR manager in the email. This should help clarify any questions you have about MPCP.

Best Regards,
Ashish
