Hello seniors, I have to write an analytical report on employee turnover. I have gathered the information like employee name, designation, department, joining date, termination date, tenure, and salary. However, I have no clue where to start and how to approach creating a self-explanatory report. Please guide me. If any of you can share a format, I will be grateful.
