How Do You Build an Effective Internal Trainer Program? Seeking Your Process and Best Practices

Hello Everyone! I am trying to come up with an internal trainer program for my organization. I wanted to know the process, framework, and best practices that you follow. Any recommendation is welcome and will be of immense help.

Good to note that you would take up the internal trainer program. You may teach them presentation skills to begin with. However, any training program must focus on change. Therefore, before trainers conduct training, they should be absolutely clear about what organizational change they will bring about through the training. When your focus is on the organization, your concentration will shift from personal to organizational change.
